    Dalston and Hackney Therapy Group

We have postponed the launch of this group, as we did not attract sufficient numbers, but please get in touch if you might be interested in joining this or a similar group in future:

    Making Space for You

    - Do you struggle to make space for yourself in the week?
    - Do you feel like you spend a lot of your time putting the needs of others first?
    - Would you value some regular space in your schedule for you to explore your own needs and difficult feelings and help you establish a sense of balance?

    - Do you struggle to connect with yourself and others, even though you long to?

The Dalston and Hackney Therapy Group is starting a new weekly group: Making Space for You. Members will meet weekly on Thursday mornings, working alongside two experienced therapists, Emily White and Lucy Watt.

This group will be an opportunity for you to connect with yourself and others, and learn how to be more authentic and open within these and other relationships. In an environment built to create safety and trust, you will meet other people who are experiencing similar issues to you. You will receive both support and gentle challenge to help you facilitate your personal growth.

Often when we focus our energy on the needs of others, either in our jobs or in our personal lives, we can lose touch with our own feelings, wants and needs, and sometimes even with ourselves. The Making Space for You group will give you the unusual opportunity to create time and space to connect, or reconnect, with the parts that you may have neglected or hidden from yourself and others.

We have postponed the launch of this group, as we did not attract sufficient numbers, but please get in touch if you might be interested in joining this or a similar group in future:

    Lucy Watt - lucy@lucywattcounselling.com / 07599 619109
    Emily White - emily@emilywhitepsychotherapy.com / 07706 886207

The group will run from E8 Therapy on Kingsland Road, London, E8, near Dalston Junction overground station.

The venue is only accessible via one flight of stairs, on the first floor.
